Gerry Visco purchased Ballantrae Stone in 2002. Gerry’s expierence in landscape construction saw a need to introduce a full line of precast unit pavers and walls. Oaks Precast and Perma Paving Stone are now part of a growing line of products available to Retail and Trade customers.

One on the most recognized names in the Stone veneer market Cultured Stone is one of the most popular precast stone facing materials used in commercial and residential construction. Manufactured in the United States Cultured Stone is used around the world. In recent years many start-ups and existing precast concrete companies have developed similar products by none match the look and quality of Cultured Stone.

Global Arch President and Founder Arun Groel travels to India several times a year and hand selects flagstone, steps and other building products.
